At Chef & a knife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original gift box and protective sleeve to ensure the blade remains secure during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master sharpeners inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
