Tsunehisa AUS8 Sujihiki 270mm  pakkawood Handle,

This 270mm sliving blade, at just 2.7mm (0.1"), it's a very thinnest knife has a laser-thin spine of the blade, good balance and offers a lightweight feeling while in use.

AUS8 steel is Japanese made and extremely similar to 440B steel which is slightly more resistant to rust and corrosion than 440C but less hard.

The blade has a polished surface and an engraved signature by the master on the right side.
